Frequently asked questions
What counts as a barber?
Any active staff member that clients can book with. Your first one is included in the £20; each additional active barber or stylist is £5/month. Turn them on or off as your team changes — no proration headaches.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There’s no upfront cost to get your website and branded app live. You pay the simple monthly price, nothing else.
Who receives the booking payments?
You do. Client payments go straight into your own Stripe account — Barbalon never holds your money. The monthly subscription is the only thing you pay us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no long contract — cancel whenever you like and you won’t be billed again.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We set everything up for you and the admin area is designed to be used from your phone between clients.
